GET THE BEST WALKTHROUGH.

We work from the listing photos you already have. The more of the home they show, especially the spaces that join the rooms, the more complete and natural the journey will be.

ORDER A WALKTHROUGH
LIVING KITCHEN BEDROOM BATH PHOTOGRAPH THE HALLWAY
1. Doorway, looking in2. Far corner, looking back Start in each doorway: it’s how the walkthrough enters the room, so it gives the most natural result. Then shoot from the far corner back towards the door. Include the hallway too: it’s the route between rooms.
WE CAN

WORK FROM YOUR EXISTING PHOTOS.

The photos already on your listing are all we need, with the floorplan. No new photoshoot and no visit to the property.

WE CAN’T

CREATE WHAT ISN’T IN THEM.

We don’t generate rooms, hallways, views or features that weren’t photographed. If a space isn’t in your photos, it won’t be in the walkthrough.

What to photograph
  • The front of the property and the entrance
  • Hallways, landings and stairs. These are the most often missed, and they’re what join the rooms together
  • Every room: living, kitchen, dining, bedrooms, bathrooms, utility
  • The garden, outside space and the view from key windows
  • Any feature you want buyers to notice
How to shoot it
  • Start in the doorway, looking into the room, then add a shot from the far corner looking back. Two or three angles per room is ideal
  • Landscape, at chest height, with the camera level so walls stay straight
  • Lights on, curtains open, and the same time of day throughout
  • Let each photo show the doorway to the next space where you can
  • Full-size JPG or PNG files (up to 10 MB each)
The floorplan
  • An accurate floorplan with every room labelled
  • It matches the photos (same layout, same rooms)
  • We use it to plan the route, so it decides the order of the journey
Please avoid
  • People or pets in shot
  • Personal documents, photos or post on show
  • Vehicle number plates
  • Mirrors that reflect the photographer
  • Heavy filters, HDR glow or fisheye lenses
What we can and can’t do

WE NEVER INVENT WHAT ISN’T THERE.

WE WILL
  • Check your photos and tell you about any gaps before we invoice
  • Move smoothly between the rooms you’ve photographed where a space is missing
  • Keep every wall, window, fixture and view exactly as your photos show it
WE CAN’T
  • Show a hallway, staircase or room that wasn’t photographed
  • Recover detail from very dark, blurred or low-resolution photos
  • Give a continuous walk between rooms when the space joining them is missing

A walkthrough limited by the photos supplied isn’t a fault, and isn’t a reason for a refund (Terms 7.5). If you’d like a fuller result, send extra photos and we’ll quote to update your video.
